Cadence products will be shipped by amazon. Transit time depends on the amazon shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact amazon service within 30 days. If you have a question, please email customer service team. Please include a photo of the defect, your Order ID, and shipping address and we can take care in one contact.
Shipping charges are NOT refunded unless the item was shipped to you in error or is defective.
Warranty and Defective Products.
Cadence wants you to be completely satisfied with our products. Generally, we will require all products should be shipped back to for examination. When you contact us, please include a photo of the defect, your Order ID, and shipping address and we can take care in one contact. Support@cadencefishing.com
If the product is deemed defective we will immediately ship your replacement.
